We got a chance to have some of Ed Hill's BBQ ribs that he brought by
the other day for Frank and I while we
'talked dogs'...........and I gotta say....
The Parent Club really missed a great opportunity for having the best
BBQ ribs EVER for the National Banquet
when they gave up on a Reno National!! <G>
Remember ..........
Ed said he would take care of the after show Banquet if the National
was really actually held in Reno!!
After eating these ribs BBQ'd by Ed Hill.........WHAT A HUGE LOSS!!!
People would have come from all over
the Country to the National in Reno just to eat Mr. Hill's BBQ ribs!!
This guy is a serious BBQ CHEF! AWESOME!!
They are the best ribs ever. Frank and I can't leave them alone.
The pumpkin bread isn't bad either...from Ed's own
home grown pumpkins! <G>
But the ribs would have definitely UPPED the Reno National entry!! A
Missed Opportunity for sure...... <G>
