FYI to the list, this was also a subtle, somewhat numbing reminder longevity
and tricky moves are strong in Evan's bloodline. Got to love a 99 years
woman teaching her young protégé a few new card moves!

I had a great time in Michigan at the dog show.
I got to sit and play with Kobe, and you better believe he is sound. What a
beautiful dog. And they moved him for me, amazing.
I got to see the bitch owned by the Drapers that is with Mike Sherman. She
is spectacular. I think they should just show her to a couple of Grand
Victrixs then retire her.
I saw Fred Migliori, but since he doesn't allow me to talk to him, I
didn't.
Ann Schultz was there of course and I did get to sit with Tami Howard for a
while, Margo Laidlow was at the show, and we laughed a bit. Ken
Cunningham recognized me, so we talked about dog shows. Mike Sherman had a
few good
works to say too.
I thought Michael Cheeks did a great job, and Ann showed her coated bitch.
That is a star at any show. I got to talk to the co-owners of the Great
Harley Davidson, Sally and Charles Sedgewick. Dawn VanDken was there,
looking fantastic as always.
Valerie Harrington did a good job of the puppy match, and Michael Cheeks
did his usual good job of judging the show.
Sean Bragg was in the ring, and he and Jeff Pyle seemed to be in every
class. They both do a great job on the end of the lead. I did get to say
hello to Patti and Gary Szymczak, (how about that, I spelled it right?).
I made two new friends Jeff and Regina Glen. They are interesting, and I
was glad to have met them.
In all, it has been a fun return to Michigan. Next year, when my aunt turns
100, I will have to come back. She showed me a couple of new cards tricks,
I can't wait to practice
