I have observed this same thing with my dogs over the years - There are a couple of ways that I have observed with my dogs - one, they do push and tug some of the toys through or under the fences, two, they pick up a toy on their way out of their run and drop it in the area outside their kennel - the toy is now available to the next dog in that area that knows where the toy was dropped, picks it up and either moves it to another location or takes it back to his/her kennel. It is their game and I let them play it out - If you leave the toys in Peaches' kennel you will see some of them make their way back down to the first kennel...but I think the dogs like having me play the game with them (giving the toys back to the dog that it belongs to) Mine love the wiggly giggly toys best and this is how I discovered the secret of how the toys move to one kennel...- Joan M Tuthill - Tuthill Shepherds - CT Norberge@xxxxxxx wrote: Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit This is my story with no explaination. Every month, I go the dollar store and pick up 30-35 dog toys. I have 7 runs with one dog in each. They are let out daily individually, or maybe 2 at a time while I am cleaning and feeding. Peaches is such a "brat", I can only let her out with Vinnie. Every month I give each dog 3-4 new toys throwing out the toy remains from the previous month. Every week I have to take all the toys out of Peaches' kennel and redistribute. She is one kennel in from one end and do not have a clue how she gets all the toys by the end of each week. Some fo the toys are large and could not possibly fit through the chain link. Some of the toys are moving down 5 runs....how does she do it?? Any suggestions???
