[ SHOWGSD-L ] Re: Just learned this BBE move to Open?

This, evidently, has been there for some time. Just an obscure rule that was
found when an exhibitor became injured and couldn't show her dog in BBE. She
was told to stay off grounds if she wanted to move the dog up to open.
The discussion basically has centered on the rule as there because if the dog
was in that class, the exhibitor looked at the competition, and thought a pro
handler could win the point in Open. Well, that was one of the points brought
up. But
what does that have to do with the owner being told to stay off
grounds????
