When I got the call at 8:30 this morning, I couldn't believe what I was
hearing. I have spent many after show dinners with Jan and Dave in many
states from Oregon to Texas. We caravaned together going to and returning
from the National in Beaumont. Jan was always my dinner partner and we would
have such a good times sitting and laughing together. Jan and Dave were the
first to recognize what Strider has to offer to the breed and we breed their
lovely Joe Black daughter, Desi, to Strider a year ago this month. They
driveRemy up to me when she was purchased from Anne Thompson. I share many
memories with Jan and Dave and can't imagine a show without out her. My
thoughts and prayers are with Dave and Jan's family. Kay Springer
