I sent this message in response to a question on another list. I mentioned
no names in my post. Perhaps this was an attempt by Helen to crosspost? I
am here to answer any questions and I do not want to cause confusion. The
original question was if there was a new lawsuit. I answered that there was
only the threat of another law suit. This Board treated no one unfairly.
Our rates and deductibles were indeed raised and the premiums were paid. We
need to investigate the increase more closely if they are not allowed to
increase our rates. Thanks for the usual good advise Evan.
