I too, would be happy to contribute on a monthly basis to such a fund and if
the named "treasurer" and "coordinator" would be agreeable to such a
commitment, that would be a solid foundation for same. So Dave and Dawn would
you
both be willing to undertake those responsibilities?...and if you are not
able...let us know so that other like quality people can step up...Pauline
