[ SHOWGSD-L ] I want to scare Californians (and others, 'cause you're next)

Stormy, my initial thoughts go to those few kennels in our circles who
co-own a ton of animals and breed or co-breed them. This law, on the
surface would not affect me, like the similar law they just passed in
Nevada, but I will some of my friends. I am not interested in having
that many dogs or in trying to maintain that many co-ownership
relationships, but how can any government agency determine quality of
production, quality of care or usefulness of enterprise by any
arbitrary number? This is so aggravating!
We are loosing our freedom by a million incremental paper cuts.
The numbers, once accepted will not go up! They will come to my level
sooner or later.
