A hoarder is someone who has more than they are capable of taking care of,
and won't recognize the dogs are better off elsewhere. I saw a show on
hoarders - of pets and of stuff. This one lady couldn't even walk through
her house...the other had cats, like 50 in an apartment, (gross) and the
animal control finally talked her out of about 10 of them, and were going to
come back each week for 10 more. They were letting her keep about 10 I
think.

actually not responding to Diane's post, rather to the other one about the
New Mexico ones. I believe we've all seen the ones true hoarders, those that
are sick/crazy. But for everyone of those I'm sure that there are others who
may be over the limit but the animals are in excellent shape. Anja

Dianne's original post didn't sound like the dogs were fat, sassy and well
taken care of. In fact, they were all expected to be HW positive, some
didn't even have names. Doesn't sound like an ideal situation to me....
