I don't believe this.What makes the observers any smarter than the person
judging.I know there are some out there that think they are, but if that is
the case, then why was this person hired to judge the damn thing in the
first place. If they accept the assignment, they should follow the rules
they agreed to, if they don't, there is nothing anyone can do about it
anyway, except trash them, which goes on all the time anyway.

Hi Evan..
The procedure has nothing to do with evaluating the judge.
The PC sends out a tape illustrating how the temperment test is to be done
along with written instructions.
The observer then fills out a PC form which asks if the judge followed
instructions.
The privilege of being allowed to judge our dogs should carry with it the
obligation to follow procedures directed by the governing body.In this
case..the PC.
.and there is nothing wrong with that.
