Oh Zoe,
You have my condolences on Jury duty. I got out of it last time a few years
back and I would've been required to attend during Hatboro, Devon and
Montgomery County.
One question, I answered very honestly, which I didn't realize made me a
"risky juror"... was, "When you make a decision, are you open to new ideas?"
I replied, "I listen to both sides and when my mind is made up, it is made
up and there is no swaying it..."
"Juror #11 you are excused... "
I asked my fraternity brother, who was in law school at the time, why would
do such, he said in most cases it makes them think, "Hung jury" and out of
the pool of potential Jurors its easier to get someone who's more amenable".
I guess if that doesnt work, I can always try the crazy route.
