I would still have to appear on November 6 to do that!! That is during the
Nationals!
There is no place on the form you mail back (at your own expense, mind you)
that allows you to put down anything that comes close to being excused except
having been
convicted of a crime and no speaking English, and are you mentally incompetant
(letter from
doctor required)
