Normally  I try to send private replies- However whoever asked this  
question does not accept private replies and I don't intend to answer a bunch 
of  
questions in order to send a private reply.  Seems like if you are going to  
be on a "list" you should take private replies.  Just my opinion

If it was me, this is what I would try.  (16 weeks is a good age to  do 
this - but it will be work)
 
GEt 4 crates.  Crate everyone over night.  Take one out at a  time in the 
AM, and wait for them to pee.  Put back in crate and  feed.  Take each one 
out in turn, the same way.  By the time you are  through with 4, the first 
should be finished eating.  Start over, taking  each one out to poo.  It might 
help to take some dirty paper out in the  yard and take them to the paper so 
they get the idea of what you want..   (I paper trained my first puppy and 
had to set outside with him fro 6 hours to  get him to go outside _that was 
40 years ago)  The smelly paper should  help them go sooner. 
Take them out of there creates every 4 hours to potty for about 1  week.  
Then you can probably start taking them out as a group.  As  soon as one 
goes, they will all go.  They need the crating to learn than  they simply 
cannot 
take a whiz anytime they want.
