Three Score and Ten Years ago, MGM's Leo the Lion roared for the very first
time; Walt Disney's Steamboat Willie premiered; the 2nd Winter Olympic games
opened in St. Moritz, Switzerland; the Soviet Union ordered the exile of Leon
Trotsky; Ty Cobb, 41, stole home for the 50th and final time; John Waldrop was
born; and, Buddy, a German Shepherd Dog, became the 1st guide dog for the
blind. It was a wonderful year!!!
Happy Birthday, John!! See you soon.
