Missing teeth, tails that don't actually reach the hocks, but are all hair; soft back, poor temperament that isn't obvious to the crowd , but the dog may be rolling his/eyes and trembling; a bad job with chalk or coverup and the judge has the white/black/orange or whatever on his/ her palms to prove it, lol. There can be a million small things that you cannot see, or detect unless you are hands on.
