Or, maybe it's because the judge can see or feel things IN the ring that the
specatators cannot see from OUTSIDE the ring. Missing teeth, tails that
don't actually reach the hocks, but are all hair; soft back, poor temperament
that isn't obvious to the crowd , but the dog may be rolling his/eyes and
trembling; a bad job with chalk or coverup and the judge has the
white/black/orange or whatever on his/ her palms to prove it, lol. There can
be a million
small things that you cannot see, or detect unless you are hands on.
