Yes, you have the discretion NOT to award BOB/BOS. If you do they will get
GCS points. Contact your AKC rep for confirmation. They get points for
defeating other dogs. I don't understand why a judge would feel they deserve
BOB/BOS and not GCS points, but I guess that's just me.
