A perfect chance for me to again beg, cajole, urge, and snivel for you to
send me some money for the Juniors.
I can't agree with Jeff, as I have always promoted getting younger people
involved.
I think Summer is a great example. Some remember her for handling Kierk
to his championship and Select.
She is now playing La Cross, and Soccer. She is also acting on television
shows, and so is on the set so much of the time she has to be home
schooled. Her teacher on the set wants her to go enroll in college, at 15.
They
got her to take two courses at the local college, and she plays violin in her
school orchestra, and has been invited to the college orchestra. She is
also now singing and wants to record some of the songs she has written.
Summer now plays guitar to go along with her singing.
She has no time for dog shows, but does now and then come by the house to
play with the dogs.
We also found a great gift for her 13 year old brother Adam. Tedi and I
gave him a full set of drums. We no longer go there to visit.

There are many educated, intelligent younger people who have wonderful
ideas, great energy, and are ignored. They want to be involved, but have been
told no, wait your turn, pay your dues.
