Unfortunately Not entered is not entered!!
They should not have been allowed to compete. Your show secretary should
have been able to check and therefore it should not have been an issue.
It's to bad that they were allowed to go in the ring ,but I can see why
the placing was cancelled. To extend or interpret the rules for one
would mean all the others in the ring were short changed
We can't have dogs just show up at ringside!!
