I am not sure where you live Pam, but most clubs that I know do not have the
"manpower", to hold a TT test on the same day with their shows. It takes
bodies to do the work and also time. With many clubs now going to 2 shows in
one day. I don't see how that would be possible.
Aside from that you would need a location with enough space that the TT test
wouldn't interfere with the breed and obedience rings. The GSDCA national
holds their TT away from the other activities.
I would think that in most cases, a TT needs to be held separately from a
specialty show. Perhaps if you held it the Friday before the two show
weekend, or the Monday following it might work.
