In addition to the AR extremists, the centers are being run more and more to
keep the centers open and the staff employed. Not all of htem (before you jump
on me) but enough that it's becoming common. Same with SOME rescue operations.
One needs to be as careful with SOME rescue operations and one does with used
car dealers.
