In the recent past, the class bitch went Grand Victrix. Does this mean that
none of the other dogs, mostly champions, were good--worthy of the Gr. Ch.

If you gave a class animal (WD or WB) the BOB they would not be eligible

No. As far as I know, there are four available two of each sex. When

BOB and BOS gets it, if you agree to award them, then you can give one

to each sex if you wish, and if they are champions. What I don't know

champions of the same sex?
