[ SHOWGSD-L ] Futurity Premium Lists

Here's a simple question I have been wondering about that doesn't
involve politics. It does not mention Rawhide (although I loved the
analogy, Ed), bi-colors or Mycoplasma either.
When do the premium lists/entry forms for the futurities actually come
out?
