In my opinion FULL COMMUNICATION is not only doing everything possible as
breeders to produce healthy dogs, BUT the ethics to be HONEST and forthcoming
about any problems your lines produce. A lot of those in the breed " know what
certain lines produce" and breed accordingly or not. What about the
unsuspecting novice or pet person? Yes I know "stuff happens". In an ideal
German Shepherd World, everyone would be up front on any and all health issues,
which could result in creating the healthiest German Shepherds ever. A goal of
the highest order. The truth has no agenda, people do.
