I had a puppy shipped to me from Colorado with Frontier about three years
ago. I do have to say that it was the best experience that I have ever had
with shipping a dog. We were a little late getting to the Delta building which
Frontier ships to in Detroit because it was storming. We were almost there and
they called me on my cell phone and asked if I knew that I had a puppy waiting
for me there. They were really nice. They were talking to her the whole time
that she was there until we arrived. I was going to get her out of the crate
and put her in my van and one of the men picked up the crate that she was in
and put it in my van with the puppy still in it...the puppy wagging her tail
the whole time. I would certainly use Frontier if the need ever arose the they
were available.

one good thing - Frontier was in bankruptcy - but is out of it - was bought by
Republic airlines - but they are combining Frontier and Midwest airliines -
under the Frontier name - the good part about this is that Frontier and midwest
will take the dogs excess baggage - and are really good with them. Â So,
actually with them adding the Midwest airline flights there are more flights
available. Â
