I totally agree with Carolyn on this. Yes it is a hell of a work load of the
clubs and it is an endurance challenge for the handlers. It is a walk in the
park for the dogs. :0) But you can finish a dog in a weekend if you have a
really good one :0) You can attend 4 shows for the price of one.

That IS the point.
You have the same judges the Club has chosen....sometimes you are gone
two weekends for one judge you really like at each show and one judge
not so much.........again....all done in one weekend. You could enter under
the two you like or all four shows....and it would be all done in one trip.

If you discount the "exhaustian factor" the four show weekend is a good
idea. I know that next weekend, after last weekend with eight hour drive each
way, this weekend in San Diago, then a three day weekend with a Futurity and
four shows, I plan a full breakdown after the shows, and before the next
weekend
with our own two local shows.
I have scheduled that melt down for Wednesday, between 2:00 and 3:15 as it
was the only time I could work it out. I will have to have my court
appearance that day made by someone else, but other than that, I enjoy the two
show a
day format.
