This is not intended for anyone to think that I agree with Hunte becoming a
member.
However, since there is nothing in our bylaws that gives us a reason to
reject him,
then there is nothing we could do. He joined our club as a person not as a
Corporation.
He presented to the BOD what was needed and asked.
First of all Paul could not consult with anyone, that is what a "Closed
Session" means.
Whomever leaked the info in the fist place needs to be removed from the BOD.
That is someone
whom is untrustworthy.
Everyone here has been attacking the yes voters without any consideration to
them.
I have seen some real vicious posts on this list.
Something to think about and I am sure that the biggest response will be
care for the animals.
What is the difference between a puppy mill and local club members that just
breed till they are
blue in the face. In a way, it is almost the same.
Paul is a wonderful person, he and many others took me under their wing.
Always gave me the respect
and time even with a half-a** female. Never has he discouraged me or said
anything negative. He is
a great friend that I truly respect.
On a closing note - Our friends may not always do what we want them to do or
what we think they should do
but that does not give anyone the right to crucify them in front of others
or throw stones at them. With friends
like that who needs enemies.
Instead of the BOD being attacked personally it is the bylaws that everyone
should be attacking. Every single person
that has complained or disagrees with this should be mailing in personal
letters requesting changes in the bylaws.
