This weekend Lyloak¢s First Knight (GV Army x Lyloak's Sugar Maple TC, PT) went
WD/BOB under Barbara Amidon Friday and WD under Randy Hamm to finish his
Championship Saturday at 13 months old! He also went on to win BOB under
Sandra Card and Pam Stoesser. Knight is co-owned by Joe Bihari and is my first
home bred Champion.
Look Ma No Hands of Edan (Rollins x Muggles) also won majors under Randy Hamm
and Pam Stoesser. Widget is co-owned with her breeder Ann Schultz.
Thanks to:
- all the judges this weekend
- the numerous comments, inquires, and encouragement from those
ringside
- Gorge Berstler for handling
- Sean Conboy for help with handling/doubling, grooming, and
driving all the way down and back
- both clubs for putting together a great weekend!
The weather was great; club members were very welcoming and friendly. If you
can make it to these shows next year, I highly recommend it. The one casualty
was my car that died about 5 hours before getting to Ft. Lauderdale the night
before the first show (too long of a story).......but there won't be any
complaints here!
