had heard this from some herding breed owners....couldn't explain it.
We switched to Eagle Pack Holistic Select (Lamb and Rice) and we have never

I agree with Kathy;
We went through the revolving door of trying new dog food ....and Canidae by
far "sounded"
the best according to the label!! However....our dogs lost weight and coat
on it......
After trying almost every dog food known.....we pretty much stick with the
basic Adult Maintenance
Nutro Natures Rcipe......and our dogs seem to look as good as anyone
else's.....coats are fine
except when they shed and we haven't mastered how to solve that one. <G>
They still shed
once a year whether we like it or not. <G>
Anyway....dog food seems to be a personal choice and what works for one
doesn't always work
for someone else. Healthy dogs just do well on a reasonably good diet.
It amazes me how long this subject can go on ........and recycle.....
It still comes down to personal preferance and I'm not going to try to sell
anyone on our
chosen brand and labels. We discovered labels don't always mean much......
Evan where are YOU.......which month are we scheduled to discuss actual
dogs......?
I miss Tom Castriota saying ............"BREED BETTER DOGS"!!!
