Colleen,
I sure wish that we had that law! Texas is full of pick-ups and the
majority of them have at least 1 dawg in the bed. I remember one day I was
passing a pick-up and the dawg was "securely" attached to the outside post
in the bed......well he jumped for it and was hanging......I was screaming
and honking and the guy stopped. I have seen severally dawgs jump and get
killed in the traffic........Mo
