That is a wonderful law we have one like it in British Columbia, but no one

Ontario Bylaw: "No person may transport a dog in a vehicle outside the
passenger compartment unless it is adequately confined or unless it is
secured in a body harness or other manner of fastening which is adequate to
prevent it from falling off the vehicle or otherwise injuring itself"
The S.O.B. better get dinged for not keeping these dogs contained and/or
fastened in. I'm with you Karen.....we'll take turns holding him and
punching his lights out.

In St. Catherine's Ontario, some idiot was at a shopping mall with his two
German Shepherds in the back of a half ton truck. A young girl walked past,
the first dog jumped out and attacked her, then the second joined in...
A few people tried to fight off the dogs. Anyways, the girl's face was badly
chewed up and her arm almost ripped off.
You know? I would seriously love to find the assh*le who owns these dogs and
punch his lights out...
I know that today, there will be even more in favour of breed bans. It
sickens me every time an attack happens due to stupid owners actions. It
really breaks my heart when our beautiful breed is involved...
