What about OVC, many people prefer them to OFA, or after having OFA botch a
reading..they xray at a year...
for life, not prelims..so they are wrong too?
I have also never seen a dog personally or heard of one that had normal
hips at one year , only to develop HD
at two years. I am sure someone can provide evidence of this. I am
talking about HD not related to injury.
Also if it is not acceptable for some, to xray a dog as passing for life,
at one year and is perceived as not vaild,
then of what value are prelims?
