Seems like this study is mostly a sleep study and what happens when you are
sleep deprived. Never found that to be a problem with time change but can
happen to anyone anytime.
I love the Daylight saving time and I would have it year around if I had my
choice. We are on the Western end of the East zone and it doesn't get dark in
the summer until after 9 p.m. Especially nice when one doesn't drive after
dark. Still it is light in the morning around 6 a.m. so that isn't a problem
on that end either. Now it is dark here around 5 p.m. and with going back to
Standard time, it will be a little after 4 p.m.!
Light earlier in the a.m. but not that much. Really cramps my style LOL!
Dog doesn't care as long as he is fed though he looks confused at first. He
gets over it pretty fast!

Looking forward to falling back as I want this time year around.
My GSDs have never minded the time change
as they are on the same time year around as I go to bed later and
get up later each day when we spring ahead. When the time changes
they never know the difference. Of course never had a job outside of
my home and my GSDs are with me 24-7 each day or with my husband
or another family member. I live on a 20 acre farm in the country but have
mercury lights surrounding the house and barn.
It has been proven that changing to Daylight savings time in the Spring is
unhealthy for a individual.

Don't like it getting
dark so early. It is bad enough right now and the dogs are
totally confused. Can't understand why dinner hour has
changed as well as bedtime!
