I am very proud to say I am a friend of Danille Weitz.  If the litter of 
puppies she had at the time of the first inspection was not included in the 
count of the amount of dogs on the property, there would be no problem.  (by 
the way Danielle does not ship puppies, She has a list of things she has to 
know before letting a puppy go to a new home  She fully screens her 
perspective owners)  Danille had a few senior dogs that were living out there 
golden years at home.  Take away those two categories and Danielle had maybe 5 
dogs at the time.  Some of these dogs were waiting their turn to be shown, 
by Lindsay, after she was able to get back into the ring. These dogs were not 
deprived of anything.  Lindsay (Danille's daughter) and Bob her husband also 
lived in the home at the time.  Danielle knowing she had nothing to hide let 
the animal control in the first time they surprised her at her door.  This 
opened the flood gates.  If you read only what you are able to search on the 
Internet you are only reading one side of the story.  Each encounter has 2 
sides of a story.  Do not make a decision with out knowing all the facts. 
Personally I feel that if you breed a litter without the intention of getting a 
"Keeper" be it conformation, performance or one to add to your breeding 
program.  You should not breed the bitch.  

Think of what could happen in your township if Danielle loses.
