My crate dolly is at least 40 years old, maybe more.
I have no idea who made it, and while it's pretty beat up, it's as strong as
it was when it was new. It weighs almost nothing--must be some kind of
steel, is not tubular at all...more like an old Ken-L-Air crate but no
little squares...I've used it at shows, for help when moving, for bringing
in heavy stuff from the car, and am so glad I still have it. It's probably
the best investment I ever made... I put it in the same class as my big
Ken-LAire crate, which is about the same age and still as good as new, but
with some rust spots (the crate, not the dolly).
I think it came from Animal Specialties, an outfit that went out of
business many years ago.......either that or from what is now
Cherrybrook.......
