You were at 9300 feet. Where did you visit? Beth An Oxygen bar is just a place to get oxygen. It is piped in in the same way that people with portable tanks get it. They give you a tube and you put it around your nose. I think they put an aroma therapy oil in water and pipe the oxygen in. You can smell the aroma oil when you get the oxygen. It is basically air piped in through the nose. It is very relaxing. They tend to serve caffeine in these places too. Caffeine isn't good when you have altitude sickness. I just felt sick to my stomach and had chills at night. The oxygen treatments are about 15 dollars for 30 minutes. This was enough to take my symptoms away.
