And I dont think it is really an "Executive Session of the Membership" An
executive session in general parliamentary usage has come to mean any
meeting of
a deliberative assembly, or a portion of a meeting, at which the proceedings
are secret and where members cannot tell anyone what has transpired.

As a parliamentarian and past President, Ginny, can you tell me if our
Annual Meeting is always only for members. It seems to me that a few years
ago we
stopped doing that since there really wasn't much in the way of business
done. Mostly awards being handed out.
