This makes no sense for one member to bring charges against another. Sounds
like charges should be brought against them or for them to drop thewhole thing
and move on. So if the membership votes someone into officethat charges were
brought against seems majority rules so the whole situationis a waste of time.
What happened to forgive and forget? Nothing is ever privateeven in a closed
meeting what comes around goes around.

sets.......
I guess we could ask each board member. But, the pending charges are that a
board member said something that happened in a closed session. A board
member divulged someone outside the meeting owed her handler money. It was not
true, but the board member being charged now asked her for the truth, and then
was charged with saying what happened in the closed session. The board member
who made the false accusation brought the charges. So, whoever told Carolyn how
they voted is also guilty of giving out the information from the closed
session. I was also given information from two other board members as to what
happened. The board may be out of control. Not that there is anything wrong
with that. EvanIn a message dated 9/8/2016 5:02:16 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time,

I want to clarify my statement. At least ONE Board member told me he did
not vote to change the National site back to Purina. Carolyn
