[ SHOWGSD-L ] Ch. Harley does me proud, again!!

Harley was re-united with his old friend and #1 fan, the woman who gave him his 
"Dog Show Foundation," trained him, groomed him, put the first (and all 
necessary) minor points on him, put a major reserve on him, put his first BOB, 
from the classes, over a multi-group winning special, on him, a couple other 
BOB's on him, and, basically, taught him all he knows about the Breed 
ring...Ms. Michelle Cassidy.  It was so good to see them teamed up again.  
Michelle had an extra-special good day on Sunday, as she finished her home-bred 
Aussie, Driver, the hard way.............all from Bred-By....with BOB's, Group 
placings, and an AKC JAM/AOE along the way.  
We met up at the Del Sur shows and Michelle and Harley gaited their way to 
back-to-back Best of Breeds.  Didn't get a piece of the Group, but looked GREAT 
and got a good look from the Group judges, in a tough Southern CA Herding Group.
These were Harley's 16th and 17th AKC Best of Breeds.
It was a really wonderful weekend in beautiful San Diego/Del Mar.
His other #1 fan, Uncle Evan Ginsburg, was there to witness the performance.  
Evan & Tedi's beautiful Honey went RWB both days.  She just needs one more 
point for her well-deserved Champion title.  Another #1 fan, Gale Taylor, was 
there with back-to-back WD, Debon.  
Harley is the grandson of the wonderful Ms. Twyla Miner's wonderful Ch. 
Stepaside, ROM, and my wonderful beautiful Ch. Diana.  :-)
Harley is, of course, AKC JAM/AOE American Champion & International Champion 
Asgard Harley Davidson v Plamark, HT, PT, CGC, TC, HIC  and is regularly 
handled by JR Alcantara.   He is co-owned by Chuck Sedgewick and Tedi Ginsburg. 
While at the show, waiting for Group, Harley had his heart ruled normal, for 
OFA.  Like Uncle Evan always says, one can never have too many initials before 
and after one's dog's name!!   :-)  :-)    I can't believe how many things 
there are to do with our dogs!!  Every time I turn around, there is OFA, people 
wanting DNA swabs for research, new AKC titles....................this is 
really a fun sport!!
