Personally I feel sorry for anybody facing two lawsuits at one time.
I know from personal experience as the owner of the Rin Tin Tin trademarks,
that the federal case that has been filed against him will be Very, Very
expensive to defend - and it could take years to resolve.
I will say Federal lawsuits involving Intellectual Property are no fun at
all, I know because I am in the middle of one now involving one of the Rin
Tin Tin Trademarks. An old producer in California has, for the second time
in a decade sued me in an effort to take Rin Tin Tin from me.
