[ SHOWGSD-L ] Cesar Millan named in two lawsuits

There are actually two separate lawsuits that have been filed against Cesar
Millan. I have provided links to news stories for both:
The first was filed by his former publicist who is suing for $5 million
alledging copyright infringement. She also sued the show's producer, MPH
Entertainment and National Geographic.Intellectual Property Law cases are
argued in Federal Court. This story was released by the Plaintiff and does
not appear to have reached the Associated Press International wire yet.

The second lawsuit was filed by a producer (not involved with his series)
regarding his dog who he says was injured. Most likely this case will be
argued in state court. This story has been picked up by Associated Press
International and has appeared in many places over the past two days.
