I made up a list of those judges that are specialty judges that judge in AB a
few months ago, with the great recommendations of listers. I went through the
AKC judges and got them. I have them with all the breeds they judge and also
just a simple list. There are judges whose original breed was GSD (some real
old-timers there) and also a few judges that were recommended who do well as a
GSD judge. Some CKC judges.
The one list is very large and really can only be seen as an excel sheet, too
large and complicated to print out. The other one is easier.

You have to find shows they are at.
