HERE are some newspapers to start your campaign against the Ca MS/N. Be
Polite, give some facts (AKC has some facts on why M S/N is ineffective, cost
prohibitive for local Animal controls, and I'll add it's discriminatory
(selects
a few organizations that are chosen to be recognized) and very probably
against our constitution (which is the legal basis that ACF is working under).
