I agree with you Peggy. Some people can definitely be born
bad......unfortunately I know a few of them!
A report in the journal /Child Development/ notes that genes are a key
factor in children's odds of developing conduct problems such as
defiance, or being argumentative and generally uncooperative. But
parental conflicts and overall upbringing play a role as well, so
hereditary influences alone don't determine how a child will
behave. Barbara
