Most of my family prefer reading books on their Kindle and many people now
read on their iPad.
Tedi reads all her books on an Ipad or her Kindle.
I tried to read a book, (I did finish it), no her Kindle, but hated every
page. I like to hold a book in my hands and be able to turn pages. (I
know, you turn pages on the Kindle, and they even picture a page turning).
But, it does not work for me.
Maybe it is that Tedi is so much younger than me.
At one show someone asked her, "Do you read, you know, like books?''
To me that is a strange question, but maybe not in today's world.
One of the top sellers on Amazon last year was 1984. I quote Animal Farm
all the time, and that book made a real impression on me. Of course, when
I read it, I never thought I would be here to see 1984 in person.
