Hiya all...
I got home last night about 12:30 AM. I was tired but I carried a sense of well
being you get from watching a plan come together.
I missed the Golden State shows (more later in brags) due to the fact I was in
Beaumont for my 1st GSDCA Board Meeting. This is a good group of caring
individuals that are off to a great start. We worked from Friday evening thru
Sunday at noon that included a session from 7 AM to 5:30 PM Saturday. It's hard
work but when you love the reason for the meeting it makes it easier. Many,
many times I heard the phrase..."The Members want"...and many, many times the
votes reflected those wants. I am proud to be a part of this Board. It was a
great meeting. Oh...I purposed did not put myself to "vacation" as I wanted to
read all (292) of the emails when I was gone. I will comment on that in another
email.
Cell phones are wonderful. I was able to keep appraised of the Golden State
shows. What a great weekend. Ms. Magnolia was BOB under Peggy Kurz and
Rivendell's Start the Commotion...Ms. Molly was WB for a 4 pt. major. Molly
continued to please on Sunday under Michel Chaloux for another 4 pt. major and
BOW. She now has 12 points and both her majors since she won the Novice class
at the Nationals. I called owners Jan & Dave Coleman who were on their way back
home. I could hardly understand their comments as they were in a special "Dream
Place". Congratz guyz...and as co-owners we could not be happier for such a
super 3 some. Thanks to Art Sinclair who has become fluent in Maggie & Molly.
His hand is on of the best I've ever seen.
