Hi All
Actually there is a time frame for having to return them. As stated in the
bylaws they must be returned no later than midnight one week preceding the
annual meeting. That is in Article IV Section 3 (b) That makes the deadline
October 27.

In order to meet our Bylaws, the ballots must be mailed 30 days prior to the
annual meeting (ArticleV,section 4 (d). There is no actual statement on
timeframe for returning the ballot.
