Mary,
I mention Ken and Ginny during their presidencies made arrangements to have
ballots FedExed or overnighted to the Canadians who did not get them because
of the postal service, postage issues, or whatever else...

I agree that we should not be blaming Sharon for this. It is the fault
of the Election Services and they should be held responsible. Any
additional
cost is theirs!!
You mentioned that Ken and Giny have made arrangements to Fed Ex the
ballots to the Canadians that didn't receive them. Did the Board vote on
this?
It just seems that people are doing things on their own and not having the
Board make the decisions.
All of these various instructions that we are getting from Sharon,
Election Services, and all are being posted on the List. This is not the
proper
forum for advising the membership. As you mentioned, what about the people
who
are not on the list. This club has a formal mailing list that is
maintained
by Bill, I believe, and that should be the only acceptable guidance to the
membership and even that should be done with Board approval.
