Unless the babies are having a hard time nursing because of congestion, I
would stay away from the antibiotics. If you give them unnecessarily you may
set them up for complications like diahrrea . Antibiotics will not touch a
virus, you are right. Monitor the babies, (like you're not, right? lol) and
as long as they are gaining and not dehydrated, I would let it run its course.
