I agree with you Amy, I enjoy hearing who won and share in the fun. Some
owners and breeders do not brag and I see no problem with handler sharing the
wins. But that is just me.  I enjoy it much more then the negativity(and I
am talking more then just disagreements) that sometimes is on the list.Â
Sometimes the posts can get much but its all about sharing with our extended
families. If it wasn't for the list I would have never known about Africam,
which I thoroughly enjoy! : )

Mike, I see your point.. but do you think we can have it both ways...and
then where does one draw the line? Friends bragging for friends not on the
list, groomers bragging about having groomed the winner's dog at the local
all breed show? we could easily go from 100 posts a day to 1000 so that
everyone could see their name pop up on the list..
There really are plenty of lists that support the camaraderie we feel for
each other, to post pictures and be just plain silly.. I believe this list
has always been about the "business" of showing American style of dogs and
I don't think it should be diluted away from that.(we do enough of that
often enough, and get drawn back - remember Africam???)
Regardless of how we look at it, brags ARE promotion of a dog, breeder,
handler - they are a form of advertising (and that is not a bad thing
either!) but with as many members as there are on this list, a line has to
be drawn somewhere..
