Well, the new dangerous dog laws have gone into effect in Virginia.   And I 
just read in our Fredericksburg paper that in Australia they are now  taking 
DNA swabs of dogs to be able to identify those criminal dogs that have  bitten 
a 
person or some other animal.  I guess there may be pros and cons  to that.
